About Worm Designs Worm Design was established in 2001 by Jeremy Volkmann as an architectural design company. The company and head designer are registered with the Architectural council of South Africa, as Architectural Technologists (T0456) and have been involved in many architectural designs and projects throughout Cape Town. Worm Design Properties is the Building development side to Worm Design, and was established in 2002, by both Erno and Jeremy Volkmann. Worm Design Properties is a Vat registered Development Company, and is also registered with the NHBRC. The companies specialize in the residential market, however in recent years, have branched out into many different facets of the architectural design field. This father and son team continually strive to better themselves and push the creative envelope, to achieve the highest standard possible. With seven years of reliable experience they strive for professionalism and pride with every project. Their mission is to become one of the leading architectural development companies in Cape Town with a long list of satisfied customers. They aim to do this by bringing competitive pricing and a personal touch to their approach, with the highest standard of workmanship. |

Jeremy Volkmann (Director and Head Designer) A proud Cape Townian, and old boy of RBHS, studied at BHC school of design, where he received his certificate in Interior Design in 2003 with a merit based half bursary, and a distinction in AutoCAD. He received his B-tech from Edexcel in 2005 and his registration with the ETDP SETA in 2006. Following on from this he received his registration with the Architectural council of South Africa in June of 2006. His love for Architecture and Design motivate him to excel in all facets of the design industry. |

Erno Volkmann (Director and Project Supervisor) “It’s not that we can’t do it, but rather, how will we be able to do it” Originally from Frankfurt Germany, he is as much a South African as most. He is a self motivated entrepreneur, who has always put his family first. Being a registered Property Agent for many years, and running his own property agency, helped to realize the potential of the property market. He has many well established contractors and suppliers at hand to do a thorough breakdown on any project. |
